Nepalese Dumplings

When I was a girl, we would all sit around the dining room and kitchen, and each person had a momo job—kneading dough, grinding spices, stuffing and pinching the dough. I love momos because making them brings everyone together. Once we finished pinching, we’d steam them and eat all together, still covered in flour.
