  • Flour, 2 cups (10 oz/315 g)

Method

In a food processor, combine the flour and salt and pulse briefly to mix. Scatter the butter and cream cheese over the flour mixture and pulse just until the dough starts to come together. Transfer to a lightly floured work surface, divide in half, and press each half into a flat disk. Wrap each disk in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
