  • 4 slices nitrate-free ham

Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and stir-fry until golden, 3–5 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Add the ham and pineapple slices to the skillet and cook, undisturbed, 2 minutes; flip and brown the other side. While the ham and pineapple cook, slice the scallions and the avocado.
