  • 1 cup whole rolled oats (certified gluten free if necessary)

Method

What to do

  1. Mix everything together in a large glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Divide into portions the following morning, top with Greek yoghurt or coconut cream, a scattering of extra nuts and seeds, berries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and enjoy. You can also add Quick Chia Berry Jam as an extra
