  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

What to do

  1. Shake all the dressing ingredients together in an old jam jar until the mixture emulsifies and looks ‘creamy’. Set aside.
  2. Cook the quinoa according to the packet instructions until light and fluffy.
