This bowl illustrates how immensely satisfying a crunchy texture can be. When you pair crunch with healthy greens, it can be just as satisfying as a packet of crisps, but instead it rewards you and your body so much more.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 150 grams tender-stem broccoli, blanched
  • 250

Method

Place the sesame seeds, broccoli, edamame, spring onions and salmon in a small salad bowl.

In a separate bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing, mix well and season to taste. Pour over the salad and toss. Top with fresh sprouts and the avocado and serve!

This salad also goes wonderfully with brown rice. If you wish to use it, cook ½
