Celeriac isn’t a common ingredient, but many local supermarkets stock it. Celeriac tastes like a combination of turnip and celery so give it a try if you can find it. If you can’t find celeriac then you can leave it out of this recipe and simply create a beautiful mushroom soup.

  • 1 medium-sized celeriac (optional) coconut oil
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves
