This is a great example of how dark chocolate can upstage milk chocolate in any dessert. When you are shopping for your next chocolate treat, try and go for 70% dark chocolate or higher. I used 80% for this chocolate tart. You can pop this in the fridge to save it for later, if there’s any left over.

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 7 medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons
