Date balls are a power snack to have in the fridge and are simply delicious. If you feel like a lighter dessert after dinner, this is the perfect bite-sized option to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can play around with adding different elements and flavours if you like, such as fresh mint or orange zest.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw almonds
  • ¾ cup hazelnuts (or other nut of your choice)

Method

Add the almonds, hazelnuts, oats and chia seeds to a food processor and blend until a flour forms. Add the dates, coconut oil, protein powder, nut butter, honey and cacao powder and blend until a crumbly paste forms.
