Ingredients

  • 225g (8 oz) black trumpets
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Wash and roughly chop the black trumpets, dice the deseeded green pepper and thinly slice the spring onions. Put olive oil in pan and heat. When the oil is hot add prepared ingredients, plus bean sprouts, garlic and soy sauce. Fry for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
