Method

Pick the sloes when fully ripe. Wash well and get rid of any bits of leaves. Put into a pressure cooker and cook with the water for 5 minutes at high pressure or in an open pan for about 40 minutes. Pour into a jelly bag and allow the liquid to drip through overnight. Warm the sugar
