Take two or three fresh or dried yarrow leaves per cup of boiling water. Infuse for 4 minutes, strain and serve. Sweeten, if required, with sugar or honey.
I like it served like lemon tea with a slice of lemon and sugar to taste. It is a lovely, soothing drink. Why this tea ever went out of fashion is a mystery to me.
