Melon, Mint and Honey Smoothie

This is quick to make and tasty. For an Indian lassi drink, add half a cup of plain, thick yoghurt.


  • ½-¾ medium-sized green melon, diced (discard skin and seeds)
  • 1 small handful mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon light honey
  • 60 ml (2 fl oz) lime juice
  • 15 ice cubes


Place everything in a blender and purée well. Add extra honey if needed.
