  • About
There’s no mistaking the strong, peppery flavour of rocket. Occasionally you may come across wild rocket in the shops, which has longer, spikier leaves and an even more powerful taste. Although rocket is readily available in supermarkets, packets tend to be small – it’s packaged like a herb rather than a salad leaf- and prices high. Greek greengrocer’s often sell large bunches, which are great for cooking with. Alternatively, if you invest in a packet of seeds, rocket is easily established in the garden.
