Liquor has an unbelievable ability to pull flavor from fat. I knew I wanted baconflavored drinks at the bar when we opened BarBacon. We make our own bacon vodka, bacon bourbon, and bacon rum (see for Cocktails). It’s super easy and results in a surprisingly intense bacon flavor for such little effort.
