  • About
Everybody puts bacon in breakfast. Plenty of people put bacon in lunch. Some people put bacon in dinner. A few people put bacon in dessert. I put bacon in cocktails.
I know it’s not traditional, but I’m here to break you out of your bacon rut, and what better way to get the juices flowing than with a little bacon vodka? It was one of the first drinks I came up with when I wanted to work with bacon and cocktails, because it seemed like a great way to both showcase the bacon and blend it with other flavors. Once you use bacon vodka in your Bloody Mary, you’ll never be able to drink a plain one again. Want something a little sweeter? Try infusing bourbon or dark rum with bacon flavor. It doubles down on the lovely smokiness and balances out an Old Fashioned or a Dark and Stormy like you wouldn’t believe.
