  • About
We always use tulip muffin wraps for our muffins. Some supermarkets carry them and you’ll find them online but they are very easy to make yourself and there are lots of videos online showing you how to do it. Cut baking paper into 15cm squares. Find a glass or small tin or can that fits neatly into your muffin tin hole. Place a square of baking paper over the top of the can and fold the edges, pleating them around the can to form a wrap. That’s it. You can always use 52 x 40mm muffin cases instead, just reduce the baking time a little.
