Just a basic plain rimmed baking sheet, or sheet tray, that fits into your oven will do. Having a few would make it easier to make large quantities so that you can bake two trays at a time and have two more ready to go into the oven when the first batch is out. Nonstick is not a bad idea if you want to skip the parchment paper.
