  • About
  1. Make the pastry cream and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, make a shortbread tart crust and bake it fully. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Spread the pastry cream on top of your cooled tart crust and top with your fruit of choice.
  4. Brush a fruit glaze over the fruit.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
