Pastry Cream Fruit Tart

Make the pastry cream and allow it to cool completely.
Meanwhile, make a shortbread tart crust and bake it fully. Allow to cool completely.
Spread the pastry cream on top of your cooled tart crust and top with your fruit of choice.
Brush a fruit glaze over the fruit.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
