  • About
Arrowroot is a plant cultivated on some Caribbean islands, including Saint Martin and Saint Vincent. Its rhizome is processed to make a flour with a neutral flavor that works well as a thickening and binding agent in vegan desserts and sauces. Note that arrowroot flour is sometimes sold under the name arrowroot powder.
