I worked in the construction field for many years. In 2011 I started a successful food blog and decided to pursue a career as a chef. I worked as a sous chef catering for LinkedIn and moved on to a sous chef position at Madison Square Garden in a Jean-Georges Vongerichten kitchen where we cooked for the VIP clientele during all sports and entertainment events. I currently run a catering business in NYC and am the acting Executive Chef of the ISVA.
