White chocolate (couverture) is a combination of not less than 20% cocoa butter and maybe sometimes up to 45%, not less than 14% milk solids, and sugar which accounts for the rest of the product. It is flavoured with vanilla although many producers add other flavours such as orange. White chocolate is also the basis for the blue, yellow, pink and other colour chocolates - which is fun. You can buy this from Ritter Courivaud, Town & County and Keylink (see Directory).
