  • About
  • Cheese should be cut in such a way that each part, from the rind to the heart, can be enjoyed.
  • Always serve cheese at room temperature, so take it out of the fridge at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Keep cheeseboards simple and don’t clutter them up with too many accompaniments. Choose a crisp pear, some muscatels, or a slice of candied citron, one good bread and two or three varieties of cheese.
