Dried Yeast

Dried yeast has twice the potency of fresh yeast — 15 g (½ oz) of fresh yeast is equivalent to a 7 g (¼ oz) sachet of dried. Sprinkle into a small glass bowl containing a little tepid water and leave to dissolve.
