These pancakes can be rolled up with any moist filling, such as herby cream cheese and smoked fish.
Using a fork or chopsticks, slowly incorporate the Pour into the Water until a soft dough forms. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until smooth. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into six and roll into balls. Flatten one ball, brush lightly with some sesame oil and place another flattened round of dough on top. Roll out into 21 cm (8½ inch) circles, about 1 mm (1/16 inch) thick.
