  • About

This is a metal ring or frame designed to keep a conventionally shaped wok steady on the burner, and is essential only if you are using a wok with the traditional round bottom. And if you have this type of wok and wish to use it for steaming, deep-frying, or braising, you will need a wok stand. Most woks of this type usually come with a stand.
