  • About

A wok lid is a domelike cover, usually made from aluminium, that is used when steaming. Normally it comes with the wok, but it may be purchased separately from a Chinese or Asian shop. Any large, domed lid that fits snugly over the top of the wok can be used instead. Aluminium wok lids are inexpensive.
