Making Pasta Dough in a Food Processor or Standing Mixer

Pasta may also be made in a food processor or mixer. Green dough is shown below.
Put the eggs, oil, salt, and spinach into the bowl of a food processor or a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Add enough flour to create a rough dough, pulsing the machine and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed until the dough comes together.
Scrape the dough out onto a work surface.
Knead the dough by hand or in a stand mixer with the dough hook, using bench flour as required.
