Some Tupperware Containers, Labels and a Permanent Marker

Ideal for storing leftovers or batch cooking and then labelling them so you know what they are! It sounds simple, and I guess it is, but having neat little labels on my homemade ready meals means I’m much more likely to actually eat them than play freezer roulette – and when the gremlins descend or when the freezer starts to get full, I write a list on the front of the fridge of what there is, and tell the family to help themselves and sort their own meals out for a few days while I retreat with my Pot Noodles into darkness somewhere.
