  • About

Includes blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries

Buying Look for berries that are shiny, bright, and plump. Check the bottom of the container for moldy fruit. Buy organic berries when possible, as conventional ones tend to have high levels of pesticides.

Storing Refrigerate berries in a paper bag, or place in single layers between paper towels in an airtight container, for up to 2 days. Avoid washing berries until just before use, as the excess moisture can encourage mold growth.
