Storing Refrigerate in a paper bag for up to 3 days.
Prep tip Mushrooms absorb water easily; remove dirt with a damp cloth or paper towel, or rinse quickly under cold running water.
Using Slice and serve raw in salads; add to soups, stir-fries, and pastas; roast, grill, or sauté thick portobello mushrooms and add to sandwiches, or serve as a side dish.
