Storing Refrigerate in a plastic bag in the crisper for up to 3 days.
Quick tip If you can’t find good-quality fresh shelling peas, all-natural frozen peas are a fine stand-in.
Using Blanch or sauté fresh or frozen shelled English peas for a simple side dish; add sugar snap or snow peas to stir-fries and salads, or serve raw on vegetable platters.
