  • About
In this section I not only give you recipes for aperitifs, but also drinks which you can serve with coffee after a meal. To make these recipes you will need alcohol, pure alcohol. It is not easy to find where i live in the netherlands, which is why i often replace it with vodka, gin or brandy. Pay attention to the alcohol percentage: the higher the percentage the more sugar syrup or water you have to add to dilute it. It is up to you. Should you ever be in a french supermarket, take a look at the alcohol aisle: you will find ‘alcool des fruits’, which is 40% alcohol > fantastic stuff to make liqueur and it costs next to nothing.
