  • About
Yuzu is a small, Japanese citrus fruit. Only the skin and the juice are used in cooking and it is rarely eaten as a fruit. It has a delicate but powerful aroma and flavour. Unfortunately, the actual fruit is not widely available outside of Japan. Luckily, we can find bottles of yuzu juice in Japanese/Asian grocery stores. It’s usually sold in a tiny bottle, but since the fruit has such a strong aroma and flavour, you only need a dash of the juice in a recipe; a little bit goes a long way.
