Ideally, you should have a large cast-iron skillet and a nonstick ceramic one, but if your cast-iron skillet is well seasoned and properly maintained, that’s all you need. From sautéing vegetables to making pancakes, a nonstick pan is incredibly useful, especially if you eat and cook oil-free.
