  • About
If you’ve eaten sushi, you’ve had nori, aka laver. It’s the wrapper used in most rolls. Nori contains plenty of minerals, and the toasted sheets add crunch when crumbled over rice or steamed veggies. The single packs of nori make a fun snack, too. Note that pretoasted varieties are often coated in sesame or vegetable oil, so avoid those if you’re oil-free.
