Eggs

Eggs, for the purposes of these recipes, are large eggs. An egg white is a white from a large egg, and an egg yolk is a yolk from a large egg. Whenever a specific measurement of yolks or whites is crucial to the success of a recipe, a liquid measurement may be included as well.
