How to Peel Spineys

The easiest way to peel spineys is to stretch the tails open with the shell facing down. Use your thumb to push the meat from the bottom of the tail (i.e. the end that wasn’t attached to the body) so it slides out the other end. The meat should poke out the top and you just need to pull it out. Much easier than cracking open the shell each time!
