Obviously one must drink in moderation, but to prevent the dreaded hangover, I take a combination of N-acetyl cysteine (NAC), B vitamins, milk thistle and vitamin C before I go out. Then, once I am home, I take a teaspoon of glutathione mixed with water before bed, as it’s a powerful anti-oxidant that helps with liver detoxification. This really aids my body and reverses any adverse effects.
