Piping Circles or Ovals

Draw the size of the circle or oval as a guide. Position your tip 1 ½ inches above the work surface, and pipe about a 2-inch-long string of the mixture to direct it into the shape you’re piping. This technique is useful when you are outlining shapes with meringue, whipped cream, etc.
