Finally, some kind of dip or sauce on the side is essential! We recommend Tomato sepen – you can omit the chilli if you don’t want it spicy. Otherwise the Taste Tibet momo sauce, containing just a few ingredients, is light and super-simple, while Yeshi’s super salsa makes a great partner for steam-fried momos. Of course, Taste Tibet sepen should always be on hand as well.
