Other Rice Products

Rice can be used to make other ingredients, such as rice flour, which is used for making sweets, dumplings, pancakes and other foods requiring a batter. The grains may also be flattened to make flaked rice, which is used for delicious snacks; or placed in very hot sand to make puffed rice, which is used for creating various snacks and sweets.
