The amazing thing about restaurants is that no matter how much you plan, organise and research, there are always unknowns and variables. The most astonishing thing is the way Bentley has taken on a personality and energy of its own. Sometimes the journey has been so exciting and intense that it seems the restaurant has been the one driving and Nick and I have merely been passengers on the ride.
