  • About
I do not pretend to pose as a professor of etiquette. You know how to behave at table, naturally. But my own experience with meals when one is host, entertainer, cook, parlour maid, carver and butler all at once entitles me to offer you some practical advice.
You have just glanced at some pages of menus which can be quickly prepared. They consist of several dishes, each of which only takes ten minutes to prepare. To make three dishes, therefore, you would need half an hour unless you divide your time skilfully between them.
