I was looking for new recipe ideas online and came across this oven-baked oat porridge which which makes a perfect pre-workout meal. You can add whatever you like to it, as with regular porridge (coconut oil, coconut flakes and cacao nibs are my faves), but baking makes it so much tastier โ€“ more like a cake!
