Acknowledgements

I always feel guilty when writing thank yous, like I’ve forgotten someone, so I end up thanking everyone in my life. To avoid repeating myself, here’s a blanket acknowledgement to those I mentioned in The Tinned Tomatoes Cookbook, because you have all pitched in and supported me throughout to get me to this point. The following thanks are targeted to those who have helped out during this project.

I couldn’t believe my luck when the gang got back together to make this follow-up. It felt like a Spice Girls reunion. Thanks to Céline for putting your faith in me again – especially after my drunken insistence that we get a McDonald’s after one too many – and for your general greatness. Lisa, the book wouldn’t be what it is without your skill and vision (and nagging). To the team that bring the recipes to life: Mowie, you’re a genius and make it all look so effortless – thanks also for photoshopping the peas out of my teeth in my headshot; Troy, from hairdresser to the best food stylist in the world – my food never looks as good as you make it look; Jess, they say behind every great man is an even greater woman (don’t tell Troy I said that) – thank you for ranting about politics and recommending Gill.
