Acknowledgements

Our staff, who work so tirelessly and passionately, and are like family to us. Our team of chefs: Jess who was handed the kitchen in Hampstead a week before Tonia had her daughter, Lily, and did wonders with it, and who, along with Scott, our Aussie chef, dreamed up some of these amazing recipes that we still use everyday; Shana and Aggie, who have both baked their hearts out in the coldest corner of our kitchen; and Alison, our first ever baker, who set the incredibly high standard for our cakes.
