The following select bibliography does not list historical cookbooks except recent reprints which are of special significance because of an accompanying commentary.

The best source of information about the many reprints/ fascimiles of old cookbooks, and about cookbook bibliographies which are now too numerous to list individually, is a specialized bookseller (see below). Works by most of the cooks cited in Great Cook have been reprinted in the last 15 years, but few are available through regular trade channels. Unfortunately, many re-issues are expensive limited edition items.
