Mango squash. Fry chunks of squash in a touch of walnut oil and butter. When almost cooked, add a few spoonfuls of cream and mango chutney or chopped fresh mango.
Celeriac and blue cheese risotto. Pan-fry celeriac and add to a risotto with cubes of blue cheese.
Buttered spinach with pan-fried fish. Spinach makes the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of fish.
Celeriac rösti. Grate raw potato and celeriac, season and mix together. Pack into an oiled pan to make rösti potatoes, starting the cooking process off on top of the stove, then popping it into the oven and flipping it halfway through cooking.
