Three Ways with Simple Savory Tarts

A humble sheet of puff pastry or piecrust dough is a perfect canvas for a variety of toppings, depending on what you and your family like, are in the mood for or you have sitting in the refrigerator. Here are three recipes that are favorites in my Madhouse, but feel free to be as creative as you like and come up with your own ideas for good combinations of flavors.
